Where do I begin. I cannot thank Rayanne and Karey enough for everything they did for me.
I was looking for a Day of Coordinator and my hair stylist recommended me Rayanne Rose Weddings. After looking at her website, I decided to send her an email. She quickly replied and we spoke over the phone to go over what I was looking for. Although Rayanne herself was not available the day of my wedding, she had Karey help me.
Throughout the months before the wedding both Rayanne and Karey were very helpful. They were both able to find me vendors I was missing such as videographer, hairstylist just to name a few. Whenever I needed something, they were quickly there to help.
Working with my wedding venue was at times difficult and they were not wanting to allow me to do certain things or bring certain items. But Karey was able to manage to get them to allow me to do what I wanted to do.
Rayanne and Karey are professional, attentive and willing to do what is needed for the bride and groom to be happy. I still can’t believe how beautiful they made my wedding. How they were able to bring my vision to life. I am truly grateful to have met both of them. They are the best!

"Rayanne is such a wonderful and kind person! We loved working with her for our wedding in August 2019. Rayanne was our "day-of" coordinator (and superhero!). She was fantastic to work with during the planning process. We met with her as we got closer to the day, and she helped develop a clear timeline for all our vendors and wedding party. She organized drop off, set up, and clean up times for all vendors, and she kept our entire wedding on schedule. It was nice to be able to hand off some smaller items to her and her assistant (like seating cards and the guest book). We loved that she would easily hop on a quick phone call to avoid any confusion. We highly recommend Rayanne! She is truly an amazing coordinator (and a sweet person)!"

"Rayanne was the most amazing wedding coordinator that any couple could ask for. From the moment we met her, she was attentive and very professional. She made every meeting convenient for us and made us feel very comfortable. My husband and I knew nothing about weddings and having Rayanne guide us through every step was the best thing. She is very knowledgeable and has great recommendations. She helped us find vendors and decide on decor pieces. She would check in with us regularly and if she noticed that we seemed stressed, she would make sure she helped us with anything that we needed and put us at ease. She worked great with our families and friends at the rehearsal. She made sure we all felt comfortable with the way the ceremony would flow. The day of the wedding, she was so amazing. She made sure that everything was perfect from timing, to vendors, to making sure we were having the best time of are lives. If there was any problems my husband and I never knew of them. I am beyond happy with my experience with Rayanne and her team. Rayanne was my initial wedding planner starting back in 2019, with covid we had to postpone our wedding and she was so supportive and helpful during this challenging time. We ended up having to switch to one of her lead planners Kate and we absolutely LOVED her. Kate is a dream to work with, she is so organized, thorough, personable and has great suggestions and input. She was able to calm all my nerves with the months leading up to our wedding in June 2021. There was still a lot of unknown with COVID and she really helped us navigate through it all. We had a very specific vision for our wedding and were very picky with a lot things, but Kate made it all happen! The day of our wedding was actually perfect, and I'm not just saying that. I always heard there was bound to be hiccups to happen the day of our wedding, however we didn't run into any the day of our wedding (unheard of I know!) And if there were any hiccups, Kate and Rayanne took care of it without me knowing. We had the most beautiful and dreamy day from start to finish. I cannot rave about her team enough and I would hire them again in a heart beat!
